To enable our people to achieve this, we have a state-of-the-art training platform packed with training resources that follow a blended methodology. To tap into an individual’s learning style and preferences, our resources include online videos, podcasts, infographics, webinars and face-to-face sessions, to name a few. This training platform is also integrated into our performance platform to help our people have meaningful development conversations with their managers and to explore further opportunities for development.
As a business, we also support our people with on-the-job training and personal development plans aligned with different competency frameworks, we also conduct companywide training needs analysis, support interdepartmental transfers and secondments to other organisations, support internal apprenticeships and fund professional membership subscription fees and external role related courses, whilst also offering coaching and mentoring opportunities.
Our methodology is simple and is based on a 70/30 principle: 70% of an individual’s development is self-led and supported by the tools that we provide whilst 30% is driven by the organisation, taking into consideration our mission and trajectory.

We are a projects and performance driven organisation, with a mission to support the cell and gene therapy industry, but we are also committed to our people and the ecosystem that we live and work within. Because of this, we have created different groups you can join, such as our equality, diversity and inclusion committee, our mental health first aid network, our social or green committee, or even one of our internal employee-led sports networks.
