The Learning and Development Team won the ‘Excellence in L&D’ award at The Association for Business Psychology Conference for the intuitive ‘Build, Boost and Beyond’ programme focused on self and team development created by Kathy Varley our Senior L&D Business Partner and Jane Seidel our HR L&D Business Partner. Lumina Spark, created by our partners Lumina Learning, is an integral element of the CGT Catapult People Strategy and continues to add real benefit to our colleagues across the business through effective use of team charters and communication commitments.
The Talent Acquisition Team also won the Highly Commended Award for ‘Candidate Experience’ at the HR Recruitment Awards, which sets out to discover and celebrate the individuals and teams who are truly passionate about the role of recruitment in building a thriving organisation.
This achievement recognises the experience our new colleagues have at the beginning of their exciting careers at CGT Catapult. This is down to all the hard work within our wider HR team and in particular Charlotte Brown our Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Danait Hale our Recruitment Officer.
