L&D Coordinator
We are looking for a L&D Officer to join us for a six month fixed term contract (temp to perm).
Reporting directly to the L&D HR Business Partner, the L&D Coordinator will be responsible for the L&D administrative and operational activities within the L&D function in the HR department. The L&D Coordinator will be the main point of contact for all Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult (CGTC) employees in relation to all internal learning queries and will assist and support the L&D HR Business Partner with current and ongoing L&D initiatives, as well as any new L&D projects as part of the implementation of the People Strategy across the organisation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsibility for the planning, communicating and delivery of the Corporate Inductions for our new starters
- Administration and running of the Kallidus Learn platform (LMS), including:
- Day to day administration of the LMS
- Managing course bookings, cancellations and dealing with queries
- LMS reporting
- General troubleshooting and communication to users
- Raising and managing tickets into Kallidus
- Be accountable for employee queries via the L&D inbox
- Delivery of online and classroom learning programmes as and when required by the business
- Support the L&D HR Business Partner with the implementation of L&D projects aligned to the L&D Strategy
- Creation of training resources to support L&D delivery solutions
- Assist in the provision of reporting L&D KPI’s to demonstrate ROI of learning interventions
- L&D invoice processing and tracking
- Support the HR L&D Business Partner implementing requirements in line with L&D policies
- Fulfilment of additional L&D duties as required
Experience:
- Two or more years experience working within a fast-paced L&D function, preferably within a professional service (essential)
- Demonstration of the full learning cycle (LNA, Design, Delivery and Evaluation) (essential)
- Knowledge and experience of working with an LMS platform (essential)
- Experience of using Kallidus Learn (essential)
- Experience of compiling monthly management information and reporting (essential)
- Experience of using Psychometric tools, to support the ‘Lumina’ programme (desirable)
- Delivering commercial results (desirable)
- Experience with Articulate 360 software and/or SAP Enable Now (desirable)
Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:
- Highly motivated, pragmatic and practical to support the mission of the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult to accelerate the development of a commercial cell and gene-based therapy industry in the UK
- Ability to Instructional design using Articulate 360 software and/or SAP Enable Now is highly advantageous
- Moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Education / Qualifications
- Minimum CIPD level 3 Foundation or equivalent
