The Cell Therapy Catapult, which is focused on the development of the UK cell therapy industry to increase the nation’s health and wealth, is pleased to be working with Tokyo Electron Europe Ltd on the development of Smart Cell Processing Technologies. Along with Roslin Cells, the National Institute for Biological Standards and Control and others, the project is expected to generate an automated cell ‘factory’ capable of producing clinical grade stem cells and cell therapies.
